  • How long will it take to get my order?
    We are a small team doing our very best to fulfill extremely high demand. 

    DOMESTIC: USPS Ground/ UPS Shipping: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days from order placement. Shipping confirmations with tracking information are sent once your order leaves our facility.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: USPS International Shipping: Orders typically take 3-5 weeks to arrive. Shipping confirmations with tracking information are sent once your order leaves our facility. 

  • What forms of payment are accepted?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You may also submit payment via Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.


  • What is Page Petal’s return policy? 
    No flower is exactly the same and therefore makes each bookmark unique and quirky. Thus, Page Petal bookmarks are final sale.

  • My order arrived damaged
    If your Page Petal bookmark arrives after being damaged in transit, please reach out to contact@pagepetal.com within 14 days of receiving the package and attach a photo of the product condition. Damaged orders will be replaced, however, we cannot guarantee replacements after 14 days. 

  • My order never arrived
    Email us at contact@pagepetal.com and we will do our best to resolve with the carrier.


  • How do we make our flower-pressed bookmarks? 
    Great question! We dry and press our flowers in a wooden presser for about two weeks. When the flower petals are dried and flattened out, we design our bookmarks and laminate them in pouches. Voila! 

  • How to take care of your bookmark?
    We recommend using water, and a little bit of soap to keep it clean. Though, if you use too much soap or cleaning solution it will leave a dry residue on your bookmark. Don't fret though, just a little bit of water and you can wipe that right off as well. (:


  • Do you offer gift cards?

  • Do you offer bulk order?
