Can I change my order?

We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are typically unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed. However, there is a short window of time in which you can submit a request to edit or cancel your order. Visit our Contact Us page and send us a message to see if we're able to adjust your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! At checkout you'll see the available shipping rates from the carriers for your specific address.

What are your bookmark care instructions?

We recommend using water and a little bit of soap to keep your bookmark clean. Use a very small amount of soap because too much soap will leave a dry streaky residue. Don't fret though, just a little bit more water and you can wipe that right off.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Page Petal accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.
