We know there are a lot of bookmarks out there, so we wanted to take a minute to share what makes Page Petal bookmarks different ... and little pieces of whimsy you can hold in your hand, tuck in your pages, and admire every time you reach for your book.
1. Made by hand with real flowers
We pick, press, and arrange petals from real flowers — including violets, daisies, poppies, carnations, and chrysanthemums — to make every one of our bookmarks. Because no two flowers are exactly the same, no two of our bookmarks are either. But all of them are crafted with care to be as durable as they are beautiful. See a peek into our process.
2. Named after fictional characters
Page Petal was born from a book club, so naturally our team is made up of book lovers who adore fictional characters as if they exist in real life. (You too?) We’ve named many of our bookmarks after our favorite characters from classics, fantasy novels, and more. 3. Personalization options galore
We’re believers that some of the best gifts are personalized gifts. That’s why we offer custom bookmarks you can personalize with specific flowers, personal photos, and special quotes — or all of the above! We’ve made keepsakes for book clubs, birthday parties, weddings, and special events of all kinds.
4. Women-owned and run
Our fearless leader Gloria White started Page Petal as a hobby during the pandemic, and it has since grown into a small business with a mighty team of women/readers/flower people. Over six years, we’ve partnered with Penguin Random House, Magnolia, attended book conferences across the country, and read hundreds (thousands?) of books. Get to know some of our team.
5. We have a thing for indie bookstores ...
Today, you can find Page Petal bookmarks indie bookstores and boutiques across the country — from the East Coast to the West Coast. It's truly a dream come true to see our bookmarks in shops near and far.
