What started in a guest bedroom has grown into a nationally recognized brand, now partnering with wonderful retailers across the country.

📚 Part-Time Production & Fulfillment Assistant
Scottsdale, AZ
15–20 hours/week | $17/hour

We’re at an exciting point of growth and are looking for a Part-Time Production & Fulfillment Assistant to join our studio team and grow with us.

This role is perfect for someone who loves working with their hands, thrives on productivity and deadlines, and is excited to get a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to run and scale a product-based small business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Hand-making bookmarks, including flower pressing and product assembly
• Packing and fulfilling wholesale and retail orders accurately and efficiently
• Helping keep production on track to meet order deadlines
• Assisting with inventory organization and studio upkeep
• Supporting the day-to-day flow of a growing small business (you’ll truly see it all)

• Someone who works quickly, efficiently, and enjoys hitting goals
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in doing things well
• Slightly crafty (or excited to learn!) and comfortable with repetitive hands-on tasks
• Reliable transportation is a must — you’ll need a dependable car to commute to our Scottsdale office
• Interested in small business, supply chain, or entrepreneurship
• Loves reading — or is at least interested in picking up a good book 📖

📚 Part-Time Social Media Coordinator
Scottsdale, AZ
20-30 hours/week | $25 hour

As we continue to grow with national retail partners, we’re looking for a Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to help elevate our brand storytelling and digital presence.

This role is for someone who genuinely loves reading, understands the reader and bookish world, and has experience managing social media for a brand or business. We’re scrappy, growing quickly, and deeply intentional about our brand — and we want someone who can bring what they’ve learned elsewhere and thoughtfully apply it to Page Petal.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating and executing content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Substack
• Developing and managing a consistent content schedule and posting cadence
• Writing strong, thoughtful captions with a clear brand voice and storytelling focus
• Creating content in our Scottsdale office, including short-form video, photography, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Helping shape and refine Page Petal’s social presence to feel elevated, editorial, and timeless
• Applying past experience and best practices to help Page Petal grow — while respecting the nuance of a handmade, literary brand
• Collaborating closely with the founder on launches, retail moments, and brand storytelling
• Monitoring performance and adjusting content strategy as needed

Who We’re Looking For

• Someone who loves reading and understands the reader/literary community
• Has prior experience managing social media for a brand or business
• A strong writer with excellent storytelling instincts
• Comfortable planning ahead and managing multiple platforms
• Has an eye for aesthetics and understands how to create content that feels polished, not gimmicky
• Able to work in-person at our Scottsdale office (at the moment - this is not a remote role)
• Excited to grow with a small business and take ownership of a brand’s social voice

We’re looking for someone who can help move Page Petal into a more sophisticated, story-driven digital presence while keeping the warmth and heart that define the brand.
